On December 11, 2019, the Baikal Interdistrict environmental Prosecutor’s office held a meeting of the Public environmental Council.
The meeting was attended by heads of municipal entities in Irkutsk region, representatives of regional operators in the areas South and North, administration of Irkutsk, public organizations.
Among invited participants were the representatives of LLC «IRZ» — a partner of EcoTyresUnion.
The meeting was devoted to the problem of organizing a system of separate SMW collection in the Irkutsk region.
One of the reports of the environmental Prosecutor’s office was devoted to the positive experience of interaction between EcoTyresUnion and recycling companies. It was noted that the activity of EcoTyresUnion is the most effective way to build a waste collection system and support recycling companies.
