Synergy of Industrial and Environmental Policy – the Driver of Green Economy Development!
The International exhibition and forum of the best available technologies GREENTECHexpo will be held with the official support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation November 6-9, 2018 in Crocus Expo.
The project is designed to become the effective communication platform for representatives of the government, business community and scientific organizations, the arena for presentation of foreign and Russian environmental solutions and innovations for economy.
The top officials of the country, heads of federal and regional authorities and municipalities, representatives of business community, institutes of development and investment funds, scientific and public organizations and educational institutions will take part in the work of the international exhibition and forum.
GREENTECHexpo is held aiming to create conditions for implementation of strategic goals of the state on the development of environmentally oriented economy and is designed to become the key event of the year for green business and governmental structures.
It is predicted the essential increase in demand for nature protection oriented technologies, works and services in the Russian market due to acceptance of new legislative measures. GREENTECHexpo will become a vector of introduction of principles of the best available technologies (BAT) – a powerful resource for the solution of environmental problems, increase in efficiency and competitiveness of national companies and, respectively, the Russian economy in general.
The advanced green developments which will become guidance for the development of the national BAT market in the reduction of emissions/pollutants discharging, utilization and processing of waste, increase in efficiency of resource consumption will be displayed on the exhibit space comprising 16 000 sq m. The project is designed to promote creating favorable conditions for creation of investment environment for BAT introduction.
Specialists of the international level will share the best practices of green innovations development within the frames of GREENTECHexpo business events. The multiformat program of the forum includes:
- strategic and introductory sessions;
- panel discussions;
- international round tables;
- business seminars;
- briefings;
- presentations;
- awarding ceremonies to winners of green startup tenders.
Recruiting Point (a special zone with employers’ offers) will be available for GREENTECHexpo visitors. Environmental interactive zones and open areas for investment sessions will be also arranged on the exhibition site. The events of the program will feature business games and ecoquests.
